Position Title: Office Manager
Report To: Fr. Dave Korth Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be able to work well within a team, possesses strong organizational skills, and is able to learn and execute key tasks to support Fr. Dave Korth and the Sacred Heart community. Excellent communication skills specifically when working with parishioners, CUES Leadership and Sacred Heart staff. Knowledgeable of data entry tasks. They should also be self-learner/resourceful, flexible, and able to learn new programs while working well under pressure. Candidate should have the desire to grow in their faith life. Key Responsibilities of the Position:
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; some college preferred, experience considered. Skills: friendly and upbeat demeanor, experience with administrative and clerical work with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; strong communication skills, strong ability to multitask; strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; Self-disciplined with the ability to work productively with minimal supervision and strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. strong interpersonal relationship and communication, creativity & resourcefulness, missionary heart, and a self-starter. Additional requirements: Practicing Catholic, willingness to become a parishioner of the Sacred Heart Parish. |
